OWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Workato Architect to join our team. As a Workato Architect, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying integrations and automations using the Workato platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide innovative solutions that leverage the power of Workato to drive efficiency and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client’s business needs and develop technical solutions using Workato platform
- Design and implement integrations between various systems using Workato
- Create workflows and recipes to automate business processes
- Troubleshoot and debug any issues in system integrations and automations
- Document technical designs, procedures, and configurations
- Provide training and support for clients on Workato platform and integrations
- Keep up-to-date with latest features and updates on Workato platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years experience in architecture, design, and development of integrations using Workato platform.
- Strong understanding of APIs and web services
- Experience in building and deploying workflows using Workato
- Knowledge of common data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects using Workato
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and flexible solution architectures for various projects, including proof of concepts
- Follow Enterprise Integration best practices viz., scalable, reusable & secure data pipelines
- Explore unconventional opportunities to automate manual processes
- Analyze integration requirements and make a gap analysis
- Apply enterprise integration strategy
- Provide technical subject matter expertise
- Maintain integration processes between applications across the cloud and/or on-premises using Workato.
- Maintain and continuously build an in-depth understanding of current business and technological trends for Integrations and automation and translates into meaningful action to mature service offerings
- Manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and support existing integrations
- Take responsibility for architectural and technical project documentation
Skills
- 3+ years of background in integration
- Hands-on experience with Workato (Automation Pro II, Pro III certification)
- Strong understanding of API Integrations, RESTful APIs, and web services
- Hands-on experience in integrating with Salesforce, NetSuite
- Good to have an understanding of platforms and integrations with Oracle, SAP, and Custom applications.
- Proficiency in data modeling and processing data flows – SQL Queries
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skills in JSON, CSV, HTML, Ruby, Javascript and Python
